Custom websites start at $1,200 for one to three pages. Groundwork is $297 a month, $594 to start. Care & Hosting starts at $250 a month. A website's price is one fixed number, in writing, before any work starts.

What moves the price, and what doesn't.

The price follows the scope: how many pages the site has, and whether it sells, takes bookings or takes orders. A small site of a few pages is the smallest project. A site with an online shop is a much larger one.

You get one fixed price in writing before any work starts. The scope is clear. The price does not change unless you change what you're asking for.

No hourly billing. No surprise invoices. No "we'll let you know when it's done." For a custom site, you pay a 50% deposit at kickoff and the remaining 50% on launch day. Groundwork is paid monthly instead.

There are three plans. What changes between them is how quickly your requests are addressed: within three business days, within two, or the same business day. Outages come first on every plan, and the exact terms are in your plan agreement.

Your plan is quoted with your initial estimate, and you choose then which one suits you, or none.

Card or US bank account, through Stripe.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, or payment from a US bank account (ACH). No wire transfers, PayPal or Cash App, and no checks unless your agreement allows them in writing. You enter your card or bank account on Stripe's own secure page — we never see or store the full number. The charge appears on your statement under the name of Kinetic Margin Holdings, the company behind Velcrest. For a custom site: two invoices, and you know both amounts before the first one is sent.

A bank payment is not instant: it can take several business days to reach us. Work starts once the funds have cleared on our end, and the same applies to the final payment before launch.

A card processing fee may be added to payments made by credit card, to cover what Stripe charges us to accept the card. If it applies, it is shown as its own line before you pay, it is never more than that cost and never more than 3%, and it is never added to a debit or prepaid card, or to a bank transfer.

Prices do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is shown as its own line before you pay.

A custom site does not launch until all fees have been paid.

One business will become the work Velcrest is known for. We are choosing it carefully, and once the seat is taken the founding offer closes for good.
